Coincidentally, this year's contest had 2 “Cenote”-themed works, including this one. The layout is also very nice, especially the representation of the underground part of the cenote, which conveys the atmosphere very well. On the other hand, with a completely closed composition like this, the big challenge is how to create a sense of openness. In that sense, it would be a good idea to lower the rocks in the background further to make the ceiling space appear larger, and to make the water surface ripple and make it whiter and brighter, the impression will be more open.
